FIT-Tober SQUAD
Get ready to unite, support, share an empowering journey, and build our strongest, most resilient Squad yet.
Starting October 5th, we are taking this Squad to a new level of accountability and self-worth with programmed workouts, meal plans, meditation, and run/walk workouts that will culminate in a virtual fun run/walk on the last day of the challenge, Saturday, Oct 31st.
Our founder, Heidi will host 2 zoom workouts a week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9am est (zoom recordings available if you miss the workout), plus program 2 walk/runs for the Squad. In addition, each participant will have access to Fortë’s library of On Demand and Live workouts for the month of October.
Nutrition coach Morgan Pitcher of Emerge Active Life will design meal plans for the 4 weeks to help create better habits for healthier eating.
We are also beyond pumped to introduce you to our beautiful American in Paris, Jess King. Jess is a very talented singer/song writer and creator of TNL ’58. Jess lives in Paris, France and in addition to being a very talented artist, she does private meditations. Each participant will have access to weekly guided meditations from Paris.
Plus, we are all going to dive into the book, You Are A Badass, by Jen Sincero and we are going to do this via our run/walks. Get ready for REAL running/walking motivation!!
