About Sweat To Change
Sweat To Change started as a monthly all-female workout in New York City in the summer of 2016. The idea was to bring women together in a supportive, non-judgmental environment to empower one another though working out and give back to charity.
The idea caught on and what was once a monthly workout at studios all across New York City quickly escalated to events every weekend and ultimately stops in big cities across the U.S. and Canada.
Sweat To Change events always encompass a partner and team element with exercises that are designed to empower and annihilate any preconceived notions of what is possible in a workout. As for our speakers. They are chosen because they have a story to tell and a life’s passion to inspire all they come into contact with to never give up on their dreams.
Proceeds from Sweat To Change have benefitted over 100 charities all over the world, dedicating tens of thousands of dollars to help women, men, children and groups who need our help.

About Our Founder
Heidi Jones is the Women’s Health magazine Ultimate Game Changer finalist. This recognition highlights everyday heroes who are contributing to inspire and empower those around them.
Heidi is a celebrity fitness trainer, streams live and on demand classes on FORTË, and was voted as Manhattan’s best personal trainer.
Heidi is no stranger to that deep mental push. She has been a runner since she was 9 years old, running competitively through a Division 1 university to completing more than 20 marathons, including multiple trips to the Boston marathon and ultimately into ultra-marathoning.
Heidi’s philosophy on and off the workout floor is all about that positive push. She believes that the path to our best version is to flip that sneaky mental narrative when the workouts and/or life go dark and stormy.
One way Heidi has found to re-write the narrative is through fitness. ‘It’s been shown in my and my client’s lives that accomplishments on the court, track, field or in the gym aren’t left behind once the workout is over.’ Heidi believes we take those incredible highs or ‘a-ha’ moments with us and we use them when life hands us challenges. ‘We have re-written our physical tolerance and that most definitely transfers over into our mental and emotional tolerance in life.’
Her personal mantra is ‘what would you do if you knew you wouldn’t fail?’ She takes this deep belief in the power of the human spirit and pays it forward with her company, Sweat To Change.
